1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
A confirmed booking is only valid once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
Prices are listed in [insert currency] and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
In the event we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the booking may be rescheduled.
3. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or services due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
Customers may request changes to their bookings at least 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information when booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, visas, and insurance.
Customers must follow safety instructions provided by our staff during tours.
5. Health and Safety
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements in advance.
Participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk. Tuktuk Ceylon Safaris is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour unless caused by our negligence.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Tuktuk Ceylon Safaris and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
