1. Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows
- If a customer does not show up on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Us
- In the rare event that Tuktuk Ceylon Safaris must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability.
- Any changes must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain fees (e.g., booking charges, entrance tickets, or third-party costs) may be non-refundable, and customers will be informed at the time of booking.
